Last week, after 10 years of working side by side, we said goodbye to our wonderful colleague, Sive. It’s hard to sum up what you’ve meant to our team, but our CEO, Caroline Murphy, captured it beautifully:
With Sive
We paused, we questioned,
we felt the edges of what we knew,
nudged to notice more
through gentle guidance and quiet challenge.
With one hand, you pushed us:
stretching our thinking, inviting reflection.
With the other, you held us:
steady, patient, giving space to grow.
Through your questions and presence,
we learned that hope is active,
that change begins in awareness,
and courage is in asking why.
Thank you for the space,
the questions,
and the hands that pushed and held
so we could grow.

We would like to take this opportunity and thank Sive for everything she has given over the past decade: her care, clarity, quiet strength, and the way she helped us become better at what we do and how we do it.

If you’ve worked with Sive, learned from her, or shared a moment you’ll remember, please leave a comment on our Facebook, Linkedin or Instagram with a message, a memory, or a wish for what’s next. We will make sure to pass it on to her.
