Dear Friends

Please join us this International Human Rights Day  to mark the contribution of southern based women working to  eradicate gender based violence. Our celebration of this inspiring collaboration takes place on 10th December at 6:30 p.m. at the Mansion House Dawson Street Dublin 2 with our special guest speaker Noeline Blackwell, Director of the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre.

Each year the Dympna Meaney Women’s Leadership Development Fund awards bursaries to especially talented and dedicated grass roots women working to end gender based violence.  It is fitting that we celebrate Dympna’s legacy on International Human Rights Day and we hope you can join us for a presentation of our achievements since 2015 and for some seasonal refreshments and song.

Find attached more information on the Fund and some of our impressive past recipients be scrolling below

If you can’t join us but would like to support us with a Christmas donation, you can do so here: https://comhlamh.org/dympna-meaney-donate/

As ever we are grateful to Comhlamh for hosting and supporting the Fund.  If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out to a member of the Steering Committee*.
We hope you can join us and we look forward to seeing you on December 10th!
Warm wishes,
