Comhlámh is delighted to invite you to an evening with Talha AlAli, Palestinian psychotherapist, human rights advocate, and founder of Decolonised Minds.
Drawing on his recently published book, Decolonised Minds: When Radical Becomes Rational, Talha will explore the importance of storytelling as a form of resistance and a source of healing, connecting the role of storyteller to the preservation of identity. There will be time for questions and discussions on the evening.

About the Speaker
Talha AlAli is a Palestinian psychotherapist, human rights advocate, and founder of Decolonised Minds. He has a background in community mental health, trauma-informed care, and human rights advocacy, and holds an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy, an MA in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Community Mental Health, and a BSc in Psychology and Counselling. Throughout his career, Talha has worked across diverse regions, including Palestine, Jordan, Egypt, Libya, Ukraine, Bangladesh and Ireland.
