Comhlámh welcomes the aims and objectives of the Charities Regulator, Ireland’s national statutory regulator for Irish charitable organisations. We are compliant with the six key principles of the Charities Governance Code, and we seek to promote a transparent and accountable approach to our work. We complete the Charities Governance Code compliance record form each year to ensure ongoing assessment of our compliance against each of the Code principles.
Directors’ Reports and Financial Statements
Comhlámh ensures timely and complete reporting to both the Charities Regulatory Authority the Companies Records Office.

Our Commitments
- Comhlámh is committed to ethical practice in the communication of images and messages as laid out in the Dóchas Guide to Ethical Communications.
- Comhlámh has been a signatory to IDEA’s Code of Good Practice on Development Education since its launch, and we are on a journey to mainstream and deepen its principles in all aspects of our work.
- Comhlámh files returns three times per annum to the Lobby Register as required by the Standards in Public Office Commission.
