Comhlámh Justice for Palestine member group invites you to ‘Decolonisation of People and Nature in Palestine and Globally’ Public Talk with Prof. Mazin Qumsiyeh at 7:00– 8:30 pm, on Wednesday, 27th November in Teachers’ Club, 36 Parnell Sq. Dublin 1.

In this talk, Prof. Qumsiyeh will explain why and how the colonisation of Palestine and its transformation from a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, multi-religious state to make it a “Jewish state” led to the destruction of human and natural communities. Qumsiyeh offers analysis of symptoms and diagnosis, adding a discussion of therapy and prognosis for Palestine and our challenged planet. He articulates how working for environmental justice and human rights is key to peace and sustainability, not just in the Middle East, but globally.
