TRAINING MANUALS 9 DEFY Project

DEFY Project

About the DEFY Project

The DEFY project runs from 2023 – 2026 and is a joint project between Comhlámh (Ireland), Suas/STAND (Ireland), finep (Germany) and Zavod Voluntariat (Slovenia). The project is geared towards educators working with young people on questions of social and ecological injustice and explores discomfort, ‘difficult knowledge’ and elephants-in-the-room.

The DEFY project produces resources for educators, hosts reflective spaces and offers trainings.

While DEFY is the initiative of organisations working in the field of non-formal Global Citizenship Education, anybody working in education and social change in whatever kind of setting is welcome to DEFY so long as the themes resonate.
