The ‘International Citizens for Local Perspectives’ (IC4LOP) is a two-year project involving four partner organisations: France Volontaires (France) ; Zavod Voluntariat (Slovenia); CESIE (Italy) and Comhlámh (Ireland).
This project is funded by Erasmus+. The project aims to promote social inclusion and deepen young people’s engagement as active global citizens, by drawing on their experiences of living in other cultures. This project builds on previous work Comhlámh has done with the aim of building trainers’; facilitators’ organisations as well as individuals’ capacity to engage in solidarity work. The project’s outputs will be of particular interest to trainers/ facilitators/ educators that support groups and collective actions. Check them out below:
A training manual for trainers and facilitators.
This manual sets out to build/ strengthen trainers’ and facilitators’ capacity to engage with young people, including international volunteers and those with refugee or migrant backgrounds, supporting them to plan and run collective actions on the global justice issues they are passionate about.
